From the date of payment, the charge is valid for one year.

After scheduling a personal interview with the consulate or embassy, make a fingerprinting appointment at least a day or two before the consulate interview. 6. Attend a visa interview at a U.S. consulate near you.

Go to the consulate where your interview is planned on the day and time specified in your appointment. All required and supporting documents, as well as originals, should be carried.

Your identification document (and your old passports if any).

Your image is excellent.
